Blue Ocean — Restaurant in Patong

This is really sad and disappointing, what we had to face in Phuket. We went there for dinner and ordered stir-fried chicken noodles. After that, we also placed an order for masala papad, and both the orders were messed up.

Firstly, we got masala papad, but it was just roasted papad served with a bowl of veggies and chutney. When we asked again, they just changed the roasted papad to a fried one,They explained that this is the way it is served in Thailand.

Secondly, we got Pad Thai chicken noodles instead of the stir-fried chicken noodles, (even though the menu clearly mentioned differently). The waitress even asked us if we wanted Thai or normal noodles, and we confirmed that we wanted the normal noodles, but we still served with Thai noodles.

I wanted to eat Indian food, and this incident made me very sad and disappointed. We just ate it because we didn’t want to waste food. This happened due to negligence while taking the order and then asking the customer to eat something they didn’t order.

I shared this as a review with the manager when he came to give us the bill. To my surprise, after explaining the entire incident and saying we ate it because we didn’t want to waste it, he said, "Yes, you ate it, and it might have been a mistaken order, bu

I don’t know if anyone else has had any issues or if they haven’t mentioned it, but I had to write this just to make you all aware and to ensure you get what you order.

My Worst...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dilli6, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely excellent—each dish bursting with rich, authentic flavors that transported me straight to the heart of Delhi. The butter naan was soft and perfectly fluffy, an ideal accompaniment to the rich, savory curries. The paneer masala was a standout, with tender paneer pieces swimming in a creamy, spiced gravy that was simply irresistible. The chicken masala was equally delicious, with perfectly cooked chicken in a well-balanced, aromatic sauce. The dal makhani was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of spice, and the egg masala was a comforting, flavorful treat.

Not only was the food fantastic, but the quantity was more than sufficient for a satisfying meal. Every dish was generous, ensuring no one leaves hungry.

A special mention goes to Bikas, the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. His passion for great food and customer satisfaction really shines through. Highly recommend Dilli6 for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Indian food!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dilli6, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the stage for an authentic Indian culinary journey. The decor was warm and inviting, with subtle touches of Indian culture that added to the charm.

The food was absolutely incredible! Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the naan was fresh out of the tandoor, and the biryani was fragrant and cooked to perfection. Each bite transported me straight to India.

A special shoutout to Vikas ji, who took care of us throughout the evening. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and deep knowledge of the menu made the experience even better. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, recommending dishes that suited our tastes and checking in at just the right moments.
