Highly recommend staying away from this hotel. We are staying here from April 5th to 15th and today, on the ninth day of vacation, we were suddenly told that we don't deserve breakfast. That's because a mistake of a guy named Brian that asked us to rebook to get refund for our points. We turned to a representative named Sandy who simply scolded us and told us that we should not go in with the children to eat and that she would be happy if we did not return to the hotel. Also when we told her we are offended from her behavior and we are not planning to come back to an hotel that treat us like this she said "I'd be happy if you didn't come back here". We have proof for everything we write down here.

Delusional and unacceptable behavior. There are many alternatives in the area. I recommend not going near here. The treatment is humiliating and terrible. What amazes me most is the managers of this hotel who prefer to lose a recurring client who came in the past and planned coming twice a year just for two days of breakfast for misunderstanding from their part.

I am sure those managers are not stake holders of this company and care only about their paycheck. The real people who really lose here are the owners who lose recurrring client and having bad recommendation for saving two days of breakfast that we deserve to get.

We will not eat here for sure but when coming back to our country I will make sure to consult with laywer on how to resolve this issue.

Luckly our vacation continues with top 5 star hotels and this terrible nightmare is going to come to an end.
