Dear Restaurant Manager/Owner,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant in Pattaya. While I genuinely enjoy the food and ambiance of your establishment, my recent experience with the service was extremely unpleasant.
One of your waiters displayed a very unprofessional attitude throughout our visit. Every time we called him for service, he made an irritated noise from his throat, as if he was annoyed with us. His facial expressions and body language clearly showed that he was unwilling to serve, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Additionally, when he served us soup, he carried the bowl in such a way that his finger ended up inside our soup. This is not only unhygienic but also unacceptable in any restaurant setting.
The way he spoke to us was also highly inappropriate—his tone and manner suggested that we were inconveniencing him, even though he is employed in the service industry and we were simply customers expecting basic courtesy. His behavior lacked any sense of hospitality, making the entire dining experience unpleasant.
I sincerely love your restaurant and the quality of your food, but such poor service makes me hesitant to return. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure that customers receive the respectful and professional service they deserve.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing how you plan to improve the service quality at your restaurant.
Best regards, Your...
Read moreFood was really nice, we enjoyed everything we ate there, all deserts were amazing. Small restaurant, but tidy and clean. Fast service. Customer service disappointing due to one unpleasant man. The waiter who served us spoke well russian, which is great for russian speaking people, but he was extremely rude, reminded me a lot of those soviet union type - unpleasant, arrogant males. Its not even the fact that he cant force some kind of smile, when he takes your order you just feel like you disturb him, he does not say hello or welcome when you come and dont say goodbye when you leave, I dont think he even have word thank you in his dictionary, but he went even further by making rude comment. There was as well female (she is the owner), who was very friendly and nice and engaging. As well one of the locals, who seems to work as helper was very polite and friendly. But due to that unpleasant behaviour of the main waiter all atmosphere was a bit ruined. Maybe I am too spoiled by a good customer service, as I often go to good restaurants, but I dont think his behaviour is acceptable and I personally not sure if I would ever be back, irrelevant of how good the food is. As for me eating out is not only about the food but all...
Read moreI'm always on a lookout for some different cuisine, so I was happy to find an Uzbekistani / Russian restaurant in Pattaya. In short it was all great, don't miss it if you are in the area. I ordered the pilaf (rice dish with meat), lamb samsa ( pastry stuffed with meat) and achik chuchuk (tomato salad) and tried the kvass drink (fermented bread drink). The pilaf was delicious, fluffy and not dry with bits of lamb meat, and the samsa was well balanced with the spices and had the right amount of lamb fat to make it moist but not too oily. Albert the owner, was very nice to give me a second glass of kvas drink, that was made more recently which made it sweeter, and suggested me to taste 1 kebab for free! Since I was leaving pattaya, and had a few centimeters empty in my stomach , I accepted his offer and ordered also the lamb shishlik kebab. And it was the best kebab in Thailand ! Don't miss the lamb kebab! It had the right balance between meat and fat and just the right amount of grilling to add that BBQ charred taste. I will be back...
