Just had my nails done with Am and she was fantastic! She didn't rush the process at all and was very detail oriented. I don't usually like my gel polish removed with a drill but she was very gentle and careful on my sensitive nails. I had both hands & feet (gel removal + new gel on) for 1,300 baht which I think is very reasonable considering the amount of care she put into it. The worst experience. My nails were done for unprofessional lady and she didn't speak any english, it took almost 2 hours to done my nails and she didn't finished the job properly. I ve notice that she comment with the others in Thai language and assume that she wanted help and the others ladies ignore her. But they charge me the total price and then I wanted to pay by card and they wanted to chargee me 30% on top of the price of course I refuse to pay the extra money. I won't recommend that...

The shop's posh-lookint facade was all it has. Staff knows minimal English and was very rough. One of the staff cut my nails and caused it to bleed and did not bother to apologise.
