Kiss Food & Drinks 2 Second Road — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Popular open air restaurant at a central location on 2nd road across Mike shopping mall. Prices not cheap anymore but reasonable enough. Nowadays very difficult to find a table . I could not find a table in the last 3 times I went there this month and there were many people standing and waiting for one. I gave up and headed to Central and decided not to spend any more time like this again. Many local and farang dishes. Generally the food is good and tasty. Try Thai food I would suggest. Steaks come in small portions. Service varies as the staff changes very frequently. Toilets very small. The biggest problem with dining here is the constant harassment by street vendors who are allowed free access into the restaurant by the staff -EDIT : last time I was there this did not happen, so hopefully that's been sorted out. Let's wait and see. As it is an open place with roof fans, it can be quite hot in the afternoon. The atmosphere was OK but last time a waitress destroyed it. There was a chubby, around 50 -year old waitress that was shouting over my table and also shouting to other customers as well. My Thai friends who were sitting with me were very angry with her behaviour. They said she was talking very rude and they don't want to come back to this place again because of her. It is a shame that because of this bad behaviour of this waitress, the reputation of a good restaurant is ruined. There should be a manager on site to discipline her. I rate it 2 stars just...

Seemed like the perfect spot, centralized. We had a larger group 5, they put our tables together. A waitress came quickly, took my and my daughter's order for drinks. Walked away and returned shortly, didn't get the other three's order. I thought we'll, that's odd. Another waitress came an got the other drinks. That same waitress came and got the other three's food order and walked away. We said excuse us, we have more. She didn't look our direction, proceeded to input information regarding our order in a kiosk. The waitress then returned and took our order. Two orders were identical. Two bacon cheeseburgers and two club sandwiches. The meal come to the table, and an extra cheeseburger was delivered. We all glanced at each other and stated it wasn't ours. The fifth in our group ordered fish. The waitress takes it back. We are eating our food and another woman, perhaps in charge, as she stands in the front. Says "you ordered this burger" and insists we ordered, which we did not. Puts it on the table in front of one in our party, again "you ordered this". Then walks away. We did not order it. It should have been taken back and we should not have been charged, but we were.

Extremely rude and not customer service friendly at all. With so many choices, you'd think the service would be better. Now we know and we'll be sure to share...

I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic open-front, street-level restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. If you're looking for a casual, authentic, and genuinely great value meal, this is the place to check out.

One of the best features is the open elevation—you're right on the street, which gives you a great view of the Pattaya bustle while you eat. Despite being open-air, the seating was surprisingly comfortable. They had a good mix of tables and chairs, all well-maintained, and spaced out nicely so you didn't feel cramped. It’s the perfect spot for people-watching and soaking up the city atmosphere.

The menu was extensive, offering a fantastic variety of food, ranging from classic Thai dishes like Pad See Ew and Green Curry to Western options and fresh seafood. Everything we ordered was served quickly and tasted delicious. Crucially, the prices were incredibly reasonable. I had a substantial meal and the bill was far lower than I would have expected for the quality and portion sizes. It truly offers excellent value for money.
