ทางร้านบังคับเปิดไวน์ 2 ขวด ซึ่งพนักงานได้แนะนำไวน์ตัวที่แพงที่สุดของร้าน* บอกว่าดื่มง่าย ซึ่งทางเราก็รู้สึกเชื่อใจและไว้ใจทางร้าน และสั่งตามที่ทางร้านแนะนำ

เมื่อไวน์มาเสิร์ฟ มีพนักงานผู้หญิงรินไวน์ซึ่ง ‘รินไม่เป็น’ แก้วที่1 ก็รินหกค่ะ แต่ยังไม่หยุด ยังคงรินแก้วที่ 2 ต่อและหกต่อไปเรื่อยๆ จนหกใส่โต๊ะ และ ลามไปถึงหกลงพื้น จนทางเราได้บอกให้น้องพนักงานหญิงท่านนั้นหยุดรินก่อนค่ะ พนักงานกล่าวว่า “หนูไม่ถนัด พี่อีกคนเค้ายุ่ง” หลังจากนั้นก้เดินกลับไป และให้พนักงานผู้ชายมารินแทน ทางเราได้แจ้งว่า “น้องคนเมื่อกี้รินไวน์หกนะ” ก็ได้คำตอบรับเป็นการ พยักหน้ารับทราบ

รู้สึกผิดหวังกับการบริการของทางร้านอย่างมากกกกค่ะ เข้าใจว่าเป็นงานบริการและทุกคนสามารถผิดพลาดได้ แต่ไม่ควรผิดพลาดซ้ำๆ และยังเป็นเรื่องของการบริการขั้นพื้นฐานค่ะ และทางเราไม่ได้รับคำขอโทษใดๆ จากน้องพนักงานทั้งผู้หญิงและผู้ชายเลย** กลับได้รับคำพูดลักษณะคล้ายการแก้ตัวมากกว่า ที่ฟังแล้วไม่ได้รู้สึกดีขึ้นค่ะ
