Product is good but service is bad. Maybe that’s the reason why the shop is just having 2 groups of customers on weekend lunch time.

No cutlery provided when ice cream and bingsu arrived. Gave the smallest straw for frappe and asked for thicker straw then telling that the shop always giving the narrowest one for frappe. This is funny.

Extremely addictive. I went twice the 3 days I was in Bangkok. A little bit on the pricier side for dessert, but I considered this to be premium quality and also was quite a generous portion that could be shared with another person. Food does take a minute to get out to you when they are busy, however it's well worth the wait and I wish we had something similar...
