Craft Cafe — Restaurant in Phra Khanong Subdistrict

Upon walking in the door, all my alarms went off. I saw home cooking style decorations (when overseas this is always suspicious), cool jazz music playing in the background, customers writing in notebooks while drinking coffee. Even when they brought my food to the table, it was in a fake cast-iron skillet. That one bite, just one bite of the salad that came with my perfectly cooked omelet is when I was aware that the chef knew what he was doing. The mixture of bitter vegetables were perfectly orchestrated with the vinegar at salad dressing. The red peppers and other ingredient were perfectly proportioned in the omelet that it paired perfectly with the rest of the dish. Even the fries became something more when combined with the salad dressing. A local security guard had brought a woman into the restaurant that appeared to be slightly seeing impaired. I assume she was a regular there as the staff greeted her then walked away. Moments later she was adjusting what appeared to be some shopping bags and her purse, when her purse fell to the floor. I stood up and laid her purse on the table. Placing the purse down I looked into her eyes, that’s when I felt more compassion and concern for my fellow human than I’ve ever known before. There was just so much honesty pouring from her eyes saying to me, understand humanity. I truly experienced a life-changing event. The feeling I now have I don’t expect to ever truly fade away from my heart and soul but let’s get back to the review. What you get is a faux American country kitchen style food done so well it’s no longer faux. Did I also mention they serve the best espresso I’ve had in the last four years. Well, I did now. My only concern is that I had a slight MSG headache afterwards. I don’t know if it was from the cafe or possibly from something earlier in the morning. Wonderful little café in Sukhumvit Road. Managed by Khun Jariya The food is excellent, service superb, decoration delightful and customer service top class. Plenty of choice, well priced and healthy as well The freshly pressed juices are excellent as well Available for home delivery if you want (My Juice) which can be used for a detox or diet. I've used Khun Jariya service for years and it's been fantastic for me and my wife as well I can't recommend this enough. The place looks small from the outside and could easily be missed when traveling down the busy Sukhumvit Road, but you should stop on and grab a drink or snack during your busy day. It's genuinely with it. So nice to have such a tasteful and excellently managed and maintained cafe like this in Bangkok which is an independent business, not a major retailer. Spectacular place. This place rejuvenates you’re physical youth, mind, and spirits. You would totally feel the energy in this place recuperates you from a hot hard working day of yours. It soothes you very well especially with the Avocado smoothie. Don’t forget to try Fig smoothies too. I’m now proclaiming that I’m much more into Figs. I’m a Fig Enthusiast.

Delicacy: extremely delicious. Love the Fetucinni. Very healthy blueberry salad with Rocket veggies was Awesome. I would definitely go back to this place again.
