I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor—staff were unwelcoming and even refused to offer a seat. I’ve never encountered such treatment in Bangkok. It felt as though customers were being looked down upon, which is unacceptable. The food also lacked quality and flavor. If I could give zero stars, I would. There are many better options in the area—don’t waste your time or money here. It’s unfortunate to see a business treat its guests with such disrespect.

First of all, I believe I have the right to share my experience as a customer at your restaurant. I simply expressed what I went through during my visit.
I would like to apologize for bringing outside food without realizing it was not allowed. I genuinely did not notice any sign indicating this rule. However, if outside food is not permitted, your staff should have informed me clearly at the time. I consider myself an open-minded person, and I would not have complained if it had been communicated respectfully.
Regarding our order, yes, we were a group of three and we only ordered one plate. There were specific reasons for this, and we were not trying to take advantage of the situation. We appreciate that your staff arranged a table for us. However, you were aware we intended to share the dish, yet the chopsticks were taken away. If your policy does not allow sharing one plate among multiple people, that should have been explained clearly before the order was accepted.
We also read other reviews of your restaurant and noticed similar concerns raised by others. While I cannot speak for them, I can share our experience. If a new customer had arrived and there was a need for our table, we would have happily moved or even left to accommodate them. We are reasonable and understanding people.
You mentioned reviewing the CCTV footage—please note that the restaurant was not full and there were no people visibly waiting for a table at the time.
This review may not matter much to someone who doesn't value customer feedback, shows little kindness, and believes they are always right. I understand you are running a business, and we have no intention of damaging it. However, treating customers poorly or looking down on them because they don't meet your expectations is not acceptable.
Respect and kindness go a long way, even in difficult situations. I hope you reflect on how to treat all people—customers or not—with dignity. Age should bring wisdom, compassion, and humility.

While waiting for my meal I googled the restaurants reviews. Love the owners response on a couple of bad reviews especially the “is that all you’ve got” reply. My three Gyoza were perfectly fried with the pasta holding its crisp shape in the broth and the filling was as I expected. The broth temperature was just right and flavour average, middle of the road to please all palates. I added soy sauce and there are other condiments available. The ramen noodles seemed to be fresh but may have been dried from a packet? I’m happy for the owner to put his remarks in here somewhere! And the lady came and took one table away and said we can only take one small table and one cutlery set since we only ordered one meal. Disappointed! No matter how many meals we order they should be more hospitable to their customers.
