This morning, we decided to give Eureka! Restaurant a try for breakfast, and we were pleasantly surprised. The decor of the restaurant is bright, colorful, and incredibly kid-friendly. As we walked in, we noticed that several families were already enjoying their meals. We were delighted to find that there was even a play area specifically designed to keep small kids entertained.
One thing that sets Eureka! apart from other restaurants in town is their unique menu, featuring a variety of authentic European dishes. G opted for the traditional English Breakfast, while I chose the Scandinavian breakfast. My dish consisted of fresh salmon with capers, soft scrambled eggs, a beetroot with cream cheese salad, and a refreshing peppery lettuce salad on the side. The flavors were unlike anything we had tasted before, and we were thoroughly impressed.
To complement my meal, I decided to try their lavender and lime soda, and it was a delightful choice. The combination of flavors was refreshing and truly enjoyable. Additionally, we couldn't resist trying their homemade desserts, and they did not disappoint. The quality and taste were outstanding.
Although I'm not of European descent, I believe that Eureka! Restaurant successfully captures the essence of a traditional European breakfast. If you don't mind the presence of families with children, I highly recommend checking out this place. You won't be...
Read moreWe came here as a family with two young kids to have lunch while the kids can play around. The play corner is fun and quite safe, our kids had a blast. They were the only ones however, I can imagine the corner being too small if there are four kids playing around.
Apparently there is a larger play corner upstairs, but it would’ve cost 150 baht. Personally, it would make sense if if is free for paying customers.
The food served is absolutely great, hence the five star-review! The pumpkin soup is a must-try, deliciously creamy and rich in flavor. We tried it without shrimp.
The other sandwiches, such as the salmon or ham/cheese are incredibly richly filled and very tasty as well. Great portion and excellent value for money. Bread was nice and crunchy, toasted...
Read moreWe had lunch at Eureka with a group of 8 people. Our kids liked pelmeni and pumpkin soup - that tasted very good!
Alas, we were disappointed with syrniki,as there were too much flour in it and too little tvorog (cottage cheese), strawberry jam looked very “sad” and didn’t taste good.
We also tried salads - Olivier and cucumber+reddish. The taste was good, but the portions were quite small for the price.
We were waiting for our soup for about an hour and got it when everyone had already finished their meals and desserts.
The staff is friendly. There’s a small play-corner for kids and some books to read while waiting for the food.
Overall ok experience for a...
