I prefer the main Marzipan Cafe shop on the road to Pa La Oo, but this branch at Market Village is OK.
I dropped by for some brunch while my daughter was at the nearby dermatologist.
I had a hot Americano and the poached egg and bacon croissant sandwich. At 190 Baht for the croissant sandwich and 70 Baht for the coffee, I feel the prices are slightly high for the experience.
The employees seem to be OK. It took them a few minutes to notice me and bring me a menu.
There were plenty of seats when I visited at noontime on a holiday Friday.
Unfortunately, it's the nearby atmosphere that drags this cafe down.
Marzipan Cafe is located on the third floor of Market Village near the kids' activities zone so there is a lot of noise. It's not really that relaxing here.
