I understand that during long holidays the service could be slower than usual due too many customers coming in. But being ignored by the first place is another problem. We called and booked the seats in advance, we arrived on time but they kept us waiting for almost 30 mins to collect an order. (My husband has been following up once.) The manager explained that the food will be slower than usual due too many customers coming in at the same time.Then they kept us waiting for almost an hour for foods. But the problem is the foreigners at the desk nearby arrived after us getting the food before us. I’m not sure if they have ordered in advance or not, but the waitress couldn’t give us a proper reason so we left and has our food canceled. It is good that this place has free food for kids while waiting but that impression couldn’t compensate us for what we have been though. I would call this a “discrimination” because we were treated unfairly. Other parts of hotels service and the water park is good but please avoid this restaurant not...

Dinner menu with decent Western and Asian choices. Kids eat free with paying adult. only had 2 kids choices. not a big selection, but free is free.

The dishes didn’t come out at the same time. next time i would request dishes be served together.

The Wagyu burger is flavorful and moist. The bun was soft and the bacon crispy. Small side of fries included. this burger holds its own against a Ma@&*t Burger.

The pizza was okay. very thin crust, not much of a rise, and lacked flavor depth. Crust could stand to be a lot more crispy on the bottom. the sauce, cheese and topping were good.

The Manager went above and beyond to provide good service. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, but the kitchen made a hawaiian instead. the manager came out and apologized. she gave us the hawaiian on the house to make up the 10 minute delay. At the end of the meal the manager brought out 2 blue slushies and apologized again. very sweet.
