It was very nice place for me, u gave 5 stars but not now.. I change my mind after todays visit.. one of the staff is horrible.

From the first time i was nice to her, friendly, smile, thank for everything... For all the time from her no try to be nice or kind or friendly, looking to me like she want ti kill me, no smile, no thank you or you are welcome.. nothing answered to my thanks. Not only to me but to all guests.

I ordered meal and get the meal and got no nepkins, so i ask for some. The same problem with napkins by other table, young lady with kids had to take some her self and also sugars for coffee. Untill now it was still quite ok.

But after that i was 15 minutes waiting with empty plate when i finished my meal. I wanted to order desert. Restaurant almost empty. She was wolking all the time by very slowly with no interrest in guests, almost nothing to do. So i ask her if i can order. She started me ordering through the window like in sime buffet, did not go to my table to order normally. And when i start to order she told me wait and gone to do other work. That was too much for me...

So i told her what i think about her work, her kindness to guests etc. When she saw that i am not satisfyed and little angry, immediately starts pretend working, interrest and being nicer. . . It was so forced and artificial.

This girl is really not doing a good reviews for this...

I've dined at the Coffee Club chain at branches in Bangkok and at BluPort Mall in Hua Hin.

Whereas the food is OK and the service at BluPort is friendly, I feel the price of the food is a little high for what you get from essentially yet another Minor International franchise chain - the guys who run the Pizza Company, Sizzler, Swenson's and other franchise restaurant brands in Thailand and the region.

I will share photos from a recent visit and past visits where I tried the Bacon Cheese Burger with Truffle Fries, the Signature Eggs Benedict with Chilli Hollandaise Sauce and the Spicy Chicken Burger. These items are OK, but not remarkable.

What I like the most about the BluPort Mall branch is the power outlets underneath and along the bench/booth seating that faces the front window. If you want to charge your smartphone or plug in your laptop for a little digital nomad work, you can do it here.
