Café MAHLZEIT Phuket — Restaurant in Ratsada

Don’t order from here. Absolutely disrespectful treatment from the restaurant. I ordered a panini, they accepted the order and ‘started making it’ (as the website said). I got a call 10-15 mins later telling me they have no panini bread. They accepted the order knowing they did not have the key ingredient for my order. I have ordered from here before, never complained about how ridiculously overpriced the paninis were, but after such treatment I have nothing else to do but leave this review. They offered a different kind of bread, one that I absolutely hate and do not consume. They tried to get me to cancel the order meaning it would be on me that this happened. I hope I receive my full refund and I will never order from a place that absolutely doesn’t care about their customers or customer service. Shame on you. I need to eat and you messed with that, which with my health has repercussions for me. So I am now without a refund, upset, in physical pain and extremely disappointed. Absolutely...

I appreciate they can do simple bacon and eggs but I notice consistency here is a big issue. Often days something is not available and they are important items like hot coffee, bacon, paninis and sometimes the entire sandwich menu.
