Staying in a nearby hotel we wanted to give something more authentic Thai to eat. After a pretty hot walk we can to Koh Sirey. It is a very typical roadside eatery with a very local vibe. The lovely lady who ran it have is her recommendations as to what was good, and we followed her advice. The cashew salad, which was basically a papaya salad minus the dried shrimp was probably the best papaya salad we have had. Great balance of spice, sweet and sour and crunch. Was so good we ordered a second. We had about 6 dishes and all were great. We will be back before we leave for sure.

Nous nous sommes perdus sur la plage et sommes tombés par hasard sur ce magnifique restaurant typique. Au delà d’un repas délicieux et de la meilleure soupe thaï que j’ai goûté, nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer une famille thaïlandaise qui dînait ici. Résultat : nous sommes devenus amis et avons passé la soirée tous ensemble. Nous avons ris, échangé, dansé, chanté jusqu’à tard le soir sur cette plage paradisiaque. Nous les avons revu plusieurs fois les jours suivants. Nous avons goûté de nombreux plats pour une note dérisoire ! Tout était délicieux. Un moment de partage dont nous nous souviendrons toute notre vie et qui font la beauté d’un voyage. La barrière de la langue n’existe pas quand le cœur y est. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce restaurant pour vos papilles, pour la gentillesse de la maîtresse des lieux, pour le cadre idyllique et pour les souvenirs que vous vous forgerez, à votre tour. This is really a hidden gem. The restaurant is on the beach with no sign at all. They have English menus, but can't speak it. The food is delicious with reasonable price, which is cheap in that area. The portions are generous. The atmosphere is natural and quiet. An unique and interesting place.

Like most other reviews, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and also agree that they make the best Tom Yum in Phuket (colourless soup that is flavoursome and we can taste all the herbs, unlike other places that make them with lots of tomatoes which overpower the soup). Squid and prawn dishes were very good too. The lady who served us doesn't speak English but tried her best to communicate, and the menu has photos in so not a problem at all. This road side, beach front restaurant is the real deal! We were waiting to check into our hotel room & came across the Beach Restaurant. So Thankful we did! 1 large “Leo” beer + the “small” Tom Yum Seafood soup to share - this soup was the best we ever tasted. Packed with fresh shrimp, ginger, onion, lemongrass, tomato, red chili, lime leaves, & more. The flavour was outstanding!! If you find yourself at this end of Pukhet - you must stop & eat!
