What supposed to be a grand BBQ night, turned out to be a big disappointment. Look at the pictures, those BbQ food were more like boiled food. Ribs, pork, chicken were still white. No sign of being BBQ. Chicken Sharma, as what they called it, was still white on the turntable. So the BBQ is only the satay lamb, beef and chicken. As you can see from the BBQ pit, it can only fits skewers. No Beef. And this is supposed to be the grand BBQ night coats 999 Baht/person. The array of cooked food are plain rice, fried rice, pad Thai (I doubt anyone would like that), chicken curry, Tom yam Goong (can hardly find the prawn), Hawaiian pizza and bread. The lengthy travel led me have lunch within the resort. That was mistake. The flat cocktail and avocado fries were a hot mess. However, I gave them another chance at the dinner service and they did not dissapoint. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the hospitality was second to none. The chicken Tikka masala was very flavorful with a well balanced profile and charred on it. Flat bread with lemongrass infused butter and Jasmin rice.
