We called in to Coconut at Rawai Beach for a couple of drinks after a busy day of touring. We were warmly greeted by staff and ordered a couple of 500ml draft Heinekens at 180 baht each, a little on the pricey side. We also ordered a glass of house red which was good, and fairly priced at 180 baht. Whilst there a live band started playing at around 830pm, mainly the older style 60/70's type music, and customers were enjoying themselves. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and attentive. We only stayed an hour or so as we were tired from our days activities but Coconut at Rawai Beach is a good choice to visit if your are after a bit of old fashioned pub...
Read moreIf you like drinking warm beer 🍺 I recommend you frequent Coconut at Rawai Beach Bar. We do like to have a beer 🍺 before we go out for dinner. Coconut Bar is conveniently close to our hotel. But for the 3rd time in a row we had reason to complain about the beer temperature. This time I complained bitterly to the staff, and explained that we won't ever be back. Read moreThis is to the New Coconut... After renovation 2025 they have now closed Walls around and aircon, its now an "inside music Club".... but lost his charming attitude. It Was one of our favorite location for years, Funny and Fancy Bands with lot of interaction.. and you could smoke... :-( now the Sound accoustic is not the best.. loud hall from the concrete walls. Smoking outside... Still nice location but lost definitly his Great Thai style Attitude from the past . We are sad...we lost one of our favorite places... still live music during...
