Jasmine Seafood — Restaurant in Rawai

Average food at average prices. Service was good and the food came out pretty fast. I was concerned because many reviews mentioned small food portions but the plates were all a decent portion side. I don’t know what some of these people were expecting. You eat here for convenience; it’s beach front and although not cheap it’s also not super expensive. This is not the type of place you go out of your way for. Their menu is as long as the Cheesecake Factory menu (IYKYK), so don’t expect top notch quality. Also, I’d stay away from the western food. Was looking for Thai local food and came across jasmine. We had green curry, basil minced pork and shrimp omelette, when the curry came it looks watery but tasted surprisingly good! The basil minced pork was the best I ever had, look and tasted delicious (so good we gobbled it down before taking photo😅) The staff can do with more smiles but they are attentive and welcoming enough. We ate meal after meal here as a family group of kids adults and grandparents and it never disappointed. The ladies who looked after us were kind and patient, price was good, food was excellent.
