Doesn't even deserve a single star! First of all, we asked the waiter if they accept credit card. He told us yes... And so, we sat down and ordered a plate of sirloin steak and a plate of tuna steak. Waited for 30 minutes, and the very minute we took our first bite, the sirloin steak was boiled not grilled and the tuna we ordered was a king mackerel and not properly grilled! We didn't even finished it and told the waiter about our plates and asked for our bill. Here's the butchery began! The older waiter began aggressive and rude after we questioned the plates they served to us. They told us cash only! The older waiter was rude and kept demanding us to pay cash and the old lady the boss was yelling at us. It was our last day in Phuket and we didn't exchange more THB... My wife questioned the older waiter why in the first place the other waiter said yes they accept card... And he excused that the waiter didn't understand English because he was from Myanmar!!! The waiter can answer YES when we asked! So, we offered to pay cash in Swiss franc but they insisted cash only .... They don't even want to accept Swiss franc!!!! And my wife walked to the money changer in front the lake to change money.... Those people were too fierce and ugly that I don't feel good to let my wife waited there alone whilst I went to exchange money. While waiting for my wife, I sat there and checking the bill and realised they extra calculated THB100!!!! So, I called the older waiter and showed him the bill and to his embarrassment, he corrected the bill. When my wife returned with cash, we paid them and they tried to snatched the bill from me!!! What the hell? I paid and I don't get to keep my bill? This is worst than robbery!!!!! They should close down business!!!! No business ethnic!!! And just because we are tourist, they thought can slaughter us as they see fit?! I m very sure many other tourists been slaughtered by them blindly because most tourists didn't check their bills!!!! Would give 0 stars if allowed. First restaurant in Thailand were I received bad service. Waiters are extremely rude and english challenging, which usually is not a problem as I understand we are in Thailand. We were two couples. Ordered deep fried shrimp with tartar sauce and an extra portion of chips for myself. Order arrived with sweet chilli sauce and no chips. Left it, as I was thinking the chips were still on the way. After I finished the shrimps... and still no chips... the thai lady brought fried shrimps with tartar sauce. No explanation and left hurried. We thought this might be correction from their side and after a few minutes I started eating a shrimp. As I was about to take the last bite of this first shrimp, the same thai lady came, saying something in thai, and grabbed the plate of food and the last bite from my hand/mouth. We were shocked beyond belief... who does this?? No explanation, no apology and worst is she took this plate (minus one shrimp) to another table. When we were to pay, she brought a written receipt, and was trying to hurry us to pay. Very very rude, and with a restaurant that was not even 1/3 full. Food was good though... and was it not for this utter unprofessional service and non-thai hospitality, my review would have been...

There is an injured Dog in front of The restaurant i asked The lady with Pink make up to give me some water for The Dog,She says No The Dog doesnt need it and to leave him alone,then i Buy my own bottle from The Store give The Dog and Call soi Dog asociation i ask the waitress to explain the situation to the shelter She starts laughing and says the Dog is just fine and hangs up.

-food is terrible ,i ordered bruschetta But they put more garlic than tomato i complain She wont change it and says it must be paid.

Food is horrible ,service is at the lowest level,prices are high and zero humanity in the staff Staff is lazy ,screaming at each other ,fighting in front of costumers zero hospitality and they tried to charge me more on my final bill. Aggresive owner check him out in The picture Very Bad people...
