I absolutely love the grilled chicken and baked potatoes! They remind me of the good old days in N Nouvelle-Calédonie, where my French neighbour, Clarisse, used to grill the most heavenly chicken for me. Whenever I stay at The Nai Harn, I usually pack grilled chicken and baked potatoes from La Rôtisserie. I enjoy having them for dinner with champagne on the big balcony—it’s such a perfect combination. However, since 2023, the taste hasn’t been as pleasant as it used to be. I noticed that your restaurant has expanded, but I believe the quality of your signature grilled chicken should never be compromised. The meat and texture no longer taste as juicy, firm, or flavourful as before. Somehow, I get the impression that the chicken is no longer free-range, unlike what I used to enjoy. It was quite disappointing. I truly hope the owner can bring back the free-range chicken and grill it the way you used to. That said, the baked potatoes have maintained their amazing quality—they’re still absolutely heavenly. I’ll be returning to The Nai Harn again this month, and as always, I’ll be getting the grilled chicken and baked potatoes. I really hope the chicken will taste like it did in the good old days. I would like to reply you for your last comments as i see your comments now. Last time when i reported you feedback there was long reply by an frustrated owner and you said i was lying, so let me make it clear i would like to post order reciept (next time dont say customer is lying or your hotel is closed😁), this is reciept whcih i got from food panda. One more thing if your food is bad just accept or stay silent you dont have to to tell what is customer taste, thats none of your business. You business is to serve GOOD food to whomever needs. Hope this makes clear!!

I have ordered a roasted chicken sandwich from online delivery. I received cold and hard bread which was given straight away from fridge. You cannot imagine to even to grab a bite as it os so hard and unfresh. Even the plastic cover was cold due to cold food when i received. If you cant do your job better find something other :) i am sorry to say this, you should understand that if someone ordered the food he /she should be super hungry. All you waited and recieved this. **EDITED REVIEW: OK I have edited the review. If you're telling people the chicken is freshly roasted - then its completely counter intuitive to serve cold chicken out of the fridge. As far as adding slightly warm chicken to a fresh sandwitch - I dont think anyone (including me) would have a problem with that at all. In fact it would be amazing.

INTITIAL REVIEW (2 stars): I orderd a sandwich and asked if the chicken was freshly roasted. The lady answered 'yes', however the chicken was cold from the fridge and was clearly leftover meat from yesterday. Its a real shame to; a) lie to your customers and b) not serve freshly roated chicken sandwiches (because they would be awesome). The chicken here is realy good - but I dont appreciate being lied to and I'm sure other people dont...
