This is the first noodle shop in this alley and personally I prefer the other shop at the end better. As one review also said, I feel like this noodle shop has gotten too commercial and touristic. This brand has numerous shops that you can also find at the malls around Bangkok but more expensive (20baht instead of 16). They will ask you to choose the type of noodle beside the dish that you want. The coconut custard is written 14baht, which stands for 2 small dishes. If you just point at the image on the menu they will bring out 3 of them and it will be 42baht. It’s lind of too sweet for me so I would recommend just 2 plates/person. We were in two and 3 sets were too much for us. They shrimp balls do not have the shrimpy taste at all, and the sauce is like honey-based. Not an excellent choice but ok to try. I saw Thai people order charsiu rice and they look good. Maybe i will try...
Read moreNice experience with small bowl noodle - They had 6 types of noodle sauce & mix, with 5 choice of noodle. We chose to try small bowls 16baht (Nov 2022), all off the sauces. Thicken soup tasted like normal soup. Tomyum noodle had sour taste. Dried noodle was tasty. Brewed bean had quite strong fermented smell, this option was quite strange. We had breakfast at 9am, weekday. Hence the store was not...

We walked past and immediately stopped as we saw hundreds of bowls on the side of the street with bowls piled up 4 tier being served to customers.
Inside we were greeted by a hoard of locals eating their favourite noodles with varying flavours and spiciness. So we sat down and did the same, enjoying a mixture of noodle soups including the fried fish which was really tasty.
Recommendation GO and enjoy some local life filling up on 1 or 2 or dozen of bowls of your fav noodle soups.
