Ambience ⭐⭐ (2/5) This location struggles with acoustics—noise from the open kitchen/serving line carries through the room and makes conversation difficult. Several tables and chairs feel worn and would benefit from an upgrade.

However, be prepared for a wait (I had to wait around 2 hours), as the place is always bustling with customers. Upon arrival, you'll receive a token and might need to queue for a bit before getting a table. Once seated, you’re given a 120-minute time limit to enjoy your meal, which is usually sufficient to savour everything comfortably.

Having regularly dined at Teenoi where large pots are provided, I found the small pot here quite uncomfortable to use. It heats up very slowly, the size is very limited, and there is minimal space for placing items, making the dining experience less convenient. Only one soup option is available.

I noticed that some guests dining alone were seated at larger tables and were allowed two soup options.

The small table setup offers very little space — barely enough to place personal items like bags. The bar counter designed for four small pots appears intended to maximize seating capacity and revenue, but if the setup is not fully ready to provide a comfortable experience, it might be better to reconsider. It felt unequal and not worthwhile, and did not live up to the typical Teenoi standard.
