Best cafe ever! / Great place / warm welcome / kids friendly / cheap and delicious!!
Good coffee choices, delicious smoothy and desserts. Some japanese desserts also available here. All prices is very cheap compare to other cafe out there in Bangkok Approx. spends 50-120 bahts/person. Big variety in drinks and snacks.
The cafe is hidden behind a small shrine house (ศาลเจ้าแม่ทับทิม), cannot be seen from the Chao Phraya riverside, surrounded by ruined redbrick buildings presumes to be abandon rice warehouses. Seatings are mostly under balcony or large trees, so please do not expect air-con cafe style here. It is more like sitting at someone’s porch in the forest.
This place is accessible from 2 street: Tha-Din-Daeng road and Dilokchan Community (next to Chao Phraya Skypark)Parking is available at the Prince Mother Memorial park (สวนสมเด็จย่า) which cost around 40 bahts/day. Or parking at Tha-Din-Daeng market and access the riverside walks through a very small and rusty wall of an extremely old building in the alley at the left of the pier.
Best to transit by boats and walking. Bicycle or motorbike can be parked inside the cafe yard.
The cafe runs by a super friendly family. They invite everyone to play boardgames with them and you are allows to sit there as long as you like with just small price of drinks and foods there.
This place offers slow bar and hence runs by 1-2 ppl at times, it will takes some time for each order to be ready. You might find the order really slow if a large group of ppl shows up at once. Please understand this type of cafe respect the culture and keep it friendly for as long...

We spent some time talking with the owner about the interesting history of this neighborhood, and the story how they decorated and organized events before covid-19. She even suggested some nearby attractions to fill up our day🥰.

The drinks were too sweet, be sure to tell them not to put sugar in their coffee. The food was basic, the owners mom is the one making them. Cute dogs and kids helping to take ur orders...
