Two stars is probably a bit generous, the only saving grace was the lady behind the counter and one polite waiter.

My partner and I had to wait over half an hour for wraps until just one arrived. 10 minutes later a waiter came and said they were out of wraps so would I like to change my order. I asked if it could be put in a poppyseed bagel instead and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for it to arrive, in which time o had to ask for an update on how long it would take. When it finally came it had half the filling missing and and an insane amount of garlic aeoli that was dripping out of the bagel. To top it all off it wasn’t even the bagel I asked for. Had the type of bagel been the only issue I wouldn’t have minded, but we received no apology after all of this.

Furthermore, we got two bagels to go and when we opened them to check after leaving, we found that they hadn’t even been assembled.

This whole experience was very disappointing as we were looking forward to eating here after seeing the reviews, however the free banana muffins may have some influence over these reviews.

We were really excited to try this cafe after hearing so much hype, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing.

We both ordered wraps, and after waiting 30 minutes, only one arrived. There was no update on the second wrap, and after another 10 minutes, a waiter came over and bluntly told us they had run out of wraps, with no real apology. My partner then had to change his order to a bagel, which took another 15 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, the waiter slammed it down on the table without acknowledging us and was too busy laughing with a colleague to show any courtesy. To top it off, the bagel wasn’t even the type we had ordered! At that point, after an hour of waiting, my partner was starving and ate it just so we could leave.

The service was appalling—unorganized, rude, and indifferent. The food was average at best, and the whole experience left us both upset and frustrated.
