Island View — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Just got back from a 12 nights stay at island view chong mon, we had a fantastic time and could not fault these family run bungalows and bar/restaurant. We stayed in room V2, it was spacious and clean with the bed linen and towels changed every other day. Hot water in the shower at all times, one up on the 4* hotel next door we had stayed in previously. We have never stayed here but always make a trip to Island View whenever we are in Koh Samui and have had lunch and sometimes dinner which we enjoyed so when we stayed in Bophut this year we made sure we came here and had dinner which is well worth the price. loved the new cocktail menu and the very cold beer, and the perfect setting right on the beach. We spent a couple hours here and when we asked them to ring a taxi for us they got one of the staff to take us back which was lovely. We would say to anyone going to Koh Samui you must visit...

What a fantastic stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and very good English. Really good place to go with kids. Food is absolutely amazing and so well priced. Portions are fantastic. There is a massage area right in the property that is open and right on the beach so you can feel the breeze.
