Punch It Healthy Cafe — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Stayed in Samui for 7 nights with Punchit Gym for some Muay Thai training. The healthy cafe on site overlooking the gym is a great outdoor area for trainers to relax and enjoy some delicious food pre/post classes! They have super comfy bean bags you can just find yourself chilling with some really good nutritious food to fuel on it after a hard session of training! They have plenty of plant based option including vegan protein shakes (my daily favourite was the vanilla cookie shake with almond milk).

They also have an lovely indoor seating area that's beautifully decorated which also sells Muay Thai gear so you don't have to worry about any equipment!

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious planted based food, that's healthy and affordable in a great relaxing environment with lovely staff. I will back next year for sure. Thank you Punchit...

Been here 3 times. Tastiest, healthiest, high quality ingredients, is what you get here. It’s named cafe but it can easily falls into the category of high cuisine restaurant, so don’t be mistaken by “cafe” it has lot of proper food options. Most of the establishments use cheap oil and other substandard ingredients so this cafe was a savior for us. Can’t recommend enough.

Rice burger is the only dish I wouldn’t order again. Rice is heavy and chicken was dry instead of rice it could be lettuce and dry piece of chicken should be replaced by a juicy patty. This burger definitely needs improvement and reimagination. Everything else we tried was...

10/10 I cannot recommend this place enough.Fantastic training facility and amazing cafe next door with just the most delicious food made with the freshest ingredients and really friendly and welcoming staff who will always put a smile on your face. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Everything made from scratch including mains, juices, smoothies/shakes and desserts. I have eaten here every single day for a month and have tried pretty much everything on the menu and have not had one meal that wasn’t delicious.
