We felt very upset to see such an indifferent stuff. Looks like they have many instructions and don’t have the heart. The place is extremely commercial. No taking care of guest, taking care of sitting places. The birthday of 2 of us in a one day was destroyed and that was sad.
Before it was one of our best restaurants about atmosphere, but now looks like somebody takes care only of money, not of people. Also evening times that is so noisy now everybody’s shouting a lot and the music is more loud than the shouting of people and people are shouting more loud than the music and atmosphere is destroying. Also the quality of food now I feel more like in the eatery than in the restaurant because as I said - they take care more about the seating places than about the people now.

I arrived at this sushi restaurant at 9:15 PM on a holiday with friends, expecting to enjoy a late dinner. Their official closing time is 9:30 PM, yet we were turned away at the door and told they wouldn’t serve us because they were "closing soon." That's 15 minutes before closing.
If you're operating a business on a tourist island, your priority should be maximizing revenue and serving customers — not prioritizing staff convenience over service. I came on time, ready to spend money. Instead, I was met with disinterest and a complete lack of hospitality.
