the menu states that the breakfasts come with coffee or tea or juice, however when i asked the waiter they said the only coffee option is black coffee, which is not stated on the menu. so if you dont like black coffee you have to buy a different coffee separately and are forced to pay extra on the breakfast for a drink you dont want. to avoid paying for a drink i didn’t want i chose the hummus platter instead, which was very disappointing. it shouldn’t be called a platter, it was just bread with hummus, and the hummus was completely unseasoned and probably the worst ive ever had. for 120 baht it was a complete ripoff and was so bad i didnt even eat it. i recommend either learning how to make hummus properly or taking it off the menu.

Zest is a great place for breakfast. They have a large selection and will accommodate you whenever possible. The staff were very polite and attentive but not overbearing. Just the right amount. The feel is very laidback and relaxed. I wasn’t rushed to eat my food and leave. I sat there for 15min after eating and it wasn’t a problem. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and I was very happy with it. It came hot and had more food than I was expecting to get. I was very pleased with it. So if you’re looking for a change of pace compared to the typical beach joints then check this place out.

I really enjoy coming here for breaky or nice Thai food (sorry not much food photos) I ordered the tofu cashew dish, and it was super delicious! The reason why I like Zest is because the staff are really kind and friendly they seem to have remembered what I ordered last time and ask if you want the same or not. Their kind morning greeting makes my day! Their coffee is really good! I’ve had their iced latte (generally they will ask if you want it sweet or not), and their mocha latte it’s quite delicious and fairly well priced.

ZEST Café in Koh Tao offers a great breakfast experience with a Thai family touch. Whether you're craving classic Western savoury breakfast or sweet pastries or if you’re after sandwiches, they have you covered.

During my visit, I had a variety of dishes, including the classic breakfast and their pastry.

For my diving trip, I opted for the chicken chili spicy sandwich to go. While the portion size was incredibly generous, I was slightly let down by the lack of spiciness. It seems they cater to a milder palate, so if you're a spice enthusiast like me, don't hesitate to ask for extra heat!

Overall, ZEST Café offers hearty breakfast options and friendly service, making it a worthwhile stop for a satisfying morning meal in Koh Tao. Just remember to spice it up if you're craving...

I had ordered, but have not received anything yet and would like to change my seat. To which the little boy from the waiting staff complained loudly and replied: "You sit there, it's too busy!". There was enough place in and outside, so what he really meant was that it was to busy for his waiting list. We have eaten here over 8 times breakfast but I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant as in this place. I fully understand that you can't have your day, but every day? Last reaction of this kid was to much. So me and my wife decided not to come here for the rest of the month. Zero stars for...
