Barracuda Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Thanon Phaya Thai Subdistrict

If you’re looking for a rooftop bar don’t look anywhere else, this is the best rooftop bar experience I’ve ever had. We came here in a rush because traffic ruined our plans, and we managed to enter without a reservation. We couldn’t have been welcomed better by Myo and his team, everyone here is incredibly friendly and will do their best for you to feel at home. The food was amazing, with lots of western and asian choices and the drinks were even better.

Even though we made the reservation on the spot, Myo still did the best to celebrate it and brought us drinks and a fruit birthday bowl! I can’t stress enough how amazing this place is with also the best price to value you will...

Otherwise, the place was a total downer. We got there at 10pm tonight (Saturday). 20 minutes after serving us our drinks they were collecting in all the cushions and candles. Google says 12pm closing time. I'll suggest an edit.

After 35 minutes they turned off the music just after 10.30 and by the time we paid at 22.50 the bartender was holding his jacket despite having 2/3 tables in the place.

Cocktails were GREAT. They do an amazing mojito. It is clear that alot of effort went into the drinks. Strong and wonderful. The food is where it really just went wrong. We ordered mango crispy salmon- there was no salmon involved in this. It was a mound of crumbles of fried salmon remnants or skin maybe? A big thumbs down, especially at 350 bhat.
