Pork Noodle and Porridge — Restaurant in Thanon Phaya Thai Subdistrict

I recently tried the dry egg noodle tomyum at a local street noodle shop in Thailand, and I must say, the taste was absolutely delightful. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the tomyum flavor was rich, spicy, and full of depth. It was a truly satisfying dish, with a yummy and juicy texture that left me wanting more.

However, despite the delicious taste, I found the price to be a bit on the higher side, at 40 baht per bowl. While I understand that quality ingredients and flavors come at a cost, it still felt a tad expensive for a street food experience.

The environment of the shop was a bit disappointing as well. I couldn't help but notice that it was quite dirty, and to make matters worse, I even spotted a big rat running near the wall. This definitely affected my overall dining experience and made me question the cleanliness standards of the place.

On the bright side, the service was fair. The staff were polite and served the food promptly, which was appreciated.

In summary, while the dry egg noodle tomyum at this street noodle shop in Thailand is undeniably delicious, with a rich and juicy taste, the high price, dirty environment, and presence of rodents are significant drawbacks that may make me think twice...

IMO, one of the best place in bkk to get noodle with minced pork and also porridge. See photos for dishes I order. The owners don’t speak English well just show them the photos.

I been eating this since high school so it's 16 years already and their taste still the same, aroi mak!!

They have both porridge and noodle. I recommend "dry and soup noodles" but it had small portion( sell like this since the beginning) so should order at least 2 bowls, for big eater like me 4 bowls lol
