Toto Inasal — Restaurant in Thanon Phaya Thai Subdistrict

After getting a seat, I was told that I need to go to the counter to order, which is very inconvenient. You need to order fast because there is queue behind you and you can't concentrate because the server seemed to be in a hurry and was not paying attention, which is what happened to our order. She didn't repeat the order and just showed us the total amount from the tablet. After paying we went back to our seat and the server came to give us a food that we didn't order. I took the item and went to the counter. I told her that I didn't order the items, she said that she pointed order that item. I told her that I was asking my friend that time if he wanted that item but I didn't told her that we wanted it. She also told me that she showed me the tablet with the item on the order and questioned me, why I didn't dispute the wrong order at that time. I told her that she didn't repeat the item and the text on the tablet was very small.

There is al ready a queue that time, and she told me "okay, she will cannot cancel it and she will just pay it from her pocket." she made me felt embarrassed and guilty, but since there were people behind me I just told to her to keep the wrong order on the receipt and there is no need to refund me, however she can send the unwanted items back to kitchen. It made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed and it already ruined my experience. The food was a bit disappointing and the service was terrible. When I informed them that we are ready for desert, the same staff told me that the item is actually sold out. She was holding the money and told me that she will be refunding back the money. I just kept quiet and I just wanted to leave the place as fast as possible.

Throughout my time inside the restaurant only one staff smiled at me and that is when we are leaving. The staff that made the wrong order made me felt that it was my mistake and she is doing me a favor by offering to pay off from her pocket. If what she is saying is true that she will be charged for her mistake, then shame on this company for doing that.

I also works in the hospitality field and this by far is one of the worst experience I've had. I actually cancelled my future plan to take my friends and family to this place because I believe it's not worth spending for...

I was here today bcoz i miss filipino food and staying one week in thailand makes me really crave for a filipino taste food, i was so excited wen i saw this on the way back to my hotel, i ordered bangus set, it looks delicious but far from our filipino tasting daing na bagus, my hubby ordered ordered halo halo, he said it was just ok, the set comes with a soup, i ask the cashier/server what it is , she said its sinigang, but very far from our sinigang in phil, this one taste thailand soup, sour and sweet like tom yum, and ive been eating this for one week in our hotel so a big no no to me anymore hahaha, pls pls hired a filipino cook and wen u say to ur signage outside “bringing closer philippines to u” , serve us an authentic filipino food. However the lady in the counter is very nice, and thumbs up to their chicharon coz its authentic filipino chicharon, but sinigang and daing is no… this is a honest review, to the owner, pls dont change the filipino recipe if ur showcasing “filipino food” , serve us a filipino food… use our original singang mix, our original flavor of daing na bangus, our original toyo and calamansi, and u will make more filipino customer eat...

We visited bangkok for vacation and we are cravings for a filipino food since we are here for 2days.

The first day we came we go direct to this restuarant since I google the timings and was mentioned 9am we came at around 8:50 am waiting for the restaurant to open outside but unfortunely,They did not open yet till 9:20 as we stayed so we decided to go back the nextday but its the same 9:30 we are there but its not yet open.

So we tried to visit at 11am good thing they are already open we ordered tuyo set and sisig for my husband ,My meals is good as its already made to fry so it was ok.but the sisig my husband order is horrible very they served to us and its not sizzle the plate is cold as ice and the eggs is fishy when you mixed.The meat taste frozen and old so disappointed with the food and not worth your time and money.

I advice to all my fellow filipino tourist not to dine here its not...
