The Baiyoke Sky Hotel is an 84 Storied Hotel located right in the middle of the busy Pratunam Shopping Area, right next to the Popular Indra Market in Bangkok. It is reported to be the Tallest Hotel & Building in Thailand and is just 150 meters away from the Ratchaprarop ARL (Airport Rail Link) Express Metro Station from where you can easily walk even with your Luggage to the Hotel. The Hotel offers a Complimentary Shared Coach Drop to the ARL Station and a few other Popular Places every hour during the day, which is really good. The Lobby is on the 18th Floor and the Hotel has 658 Spacious Rooms of three types – Standard Zone from 22nd to 49th floor, Sky Zone from 50th to 68th floor and Space Zone from 70th to 74th floor. All the Rooms are Very Spacious, Luxuriously Furnished with a Separate Seating Area, Dressing/Study Table with Luggage Storage, Open Wardrobe & Safe, Large Bathrooms with a Bath Tub and a Separate Shower Cubicle, Large TV with Cable, Electric Kettle with Supplies, Mini Fridge, etc. Even though it is a 23 year old Hotel, it is very well maintained and is obviously Refurbished from time to time to make sure that it’s Guests have a Comfortable Stay. A Unique Feature of this Hotel is that they actually have a Form placed in each Room asking you to report if anything is Broken/Not Working in the Room, so that they can Rectify it immediately. Such is the Maintenance Level of this Fantastic Hotel. They have an International Buffet Breakfast served at 3 Locations - the Bangkok Balcony on the 81st Floor (with an Open Air Section as well which offers Absolutely Fantastic Views of the City of Bangkok), Stella Palace on the 79th Floor and Bangkok Sky Restaurant on the 78th Floor. The spread is the same at all 3 Locations and is Really Massive with Cuisines from all over the World and Several Live Counters as well. Since Breakfast is served at 3 Different Restaurants in the Hotel, there is no crowd at any of them and this is Really Good. All Breakfast Items are Freshly Prepared and Really Tasty. The Range is So Massive that you can’t even just taste everything that is served. Truly one of the Best Breakfast Spreads in the whole of Bangkok. The Hotel also has several other Amenities – Baiyoke Mini Golf Course and Tee Off Café on the 18th Floor, a Large, Well Maintained Swimming Pool, Fitness Club, & Spa on the 20th Floor, Sky Relax Massage on the 69th Floor, Observation Deck on the 77th Floor, Roof Top Bar on the 83rd Floor and Revolving View Point on the 84th Floor. They also have International and Sea Food Lunch and Dinner Buffets at their various Restaurants located from the 78th Floor to the 83rd Floor, which not only offer Delicious Food, but also offer Spectacular Views and a Fantastic Ambience to dine at. They have an Army of Staff to attend to all their Guests, all of whom are Well Trained, Very Courteous and Helpful too. Truly one of the Best Hotels to stay at in Bangkok and Well Recommended too.

Our recent family stay at Baiyoke Sky Hotel in Bangkok was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the experience was seamless, luxurious, and packed with unique highlights that made the trip extra special. Spacious Room – Comfort Above the Clouds We stayed at a family room at 24th floor, and the room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of space for a family of four to move around comfortably. The beds were cozy, the amenities were well-stocked, and housekeeping ensured our room remained tidy throughout our stay. Wonderful Staff – Warm Thai Hospitality One of the standout features of Baiyoke Sky Hotel is its wonderful staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant teams, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay pleasant. They were prompt in attending to any requests and always greeted us with a smile. Excellent Property – So Much to Explore The hotel itself is a landmark in Bangkok and truly lives up to its reputation as one of the tallest buildings in Thailand. The property is excellently maintained and has a lot to offer within its many floors. Sky Deck at 84th Floor – A Must-Visit One of the most unforgettable experiences was visiting the Sky Deck on the 84th floor. The 360-degree revolving observation deck gives you stunning views of the entire city. It was especially mesmerizing during sunset and nighttime when the city lights began to sparkle. A perfect place for panoramic photography and unforgettable memories. Selfie Points at 81st Floor – The Bangkok Balcony The 81st floor, also known as the Bangkok Balcony, was another highlight. This area is full of creative and fun selfie spots, making it ideal for capturing vacation memories with friends or family. The photo ops are cleverly designed, and the views are again absolutely stunning. Kids and adults alike enjoyed this space thoroughly. Mini Golf at 78th Floor – We didn't try it but it's chargeably Indian Food Court at 75th Floor – The variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian dishes was good but it can be great by adding 2-3 more dishes This property used to collect some advance while checking in but it willl be returned while checking out. Check in Time : 02:00 PM Check out Time : 11:00 AM Final Verdict If you're visiting Bangkok with family and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, great hospitality, stunning views, and a bit of fun – Baiyoke Sky Hotel is an excellent choice. We made some wonderful memories during our stay.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Bangkok Balcony is a restaurant located on the 81st floor of the Baiyoke Tower. It is divided into two zones. The Indoor zone is priced at approximately THB 1,190 net per person, where dining is arranged in sessions with a 2-hour time limit. The Outdoor zone, however, offers a more private experience, divided into four corners of the building—North, South, East, and West. Each section can accommodate around 20 people, with no time limit, allowing guests to stay as long as they wish. The price for this zone is THB 1,650 net per person. The dining vouchers also include complimentary tickets to the Baiyoke Tower observation decks on the 77th and 84th floors. The hotel manages everything very well, with staff stationed on each floor to assist guests, even operating the elevators for them. Clear signage is provided from the check-in area on the 18th floor all the way to the reserved restaurant. Booked a table at Bangkok Balcony Outdoor Zone on the 81st floor to enjoy the panoramic views and the no time restriction. In this private section, staff are specifically assigned to take care of guests. The wind outside was quite strong, and our hair was flying everywhere—it was really fun! 😂 Now, let’s talk about the buffet line. Both Indoor and Outdoor zones offer the same selection. Guests in the Outdoor zone need to walk inside to get food. Some stations allow self-service, while others require placing an order and leaving the table number. The food variety was quite impressive. Our first stop was the grilled river prawns section—our main mission of the evening! Each plate comes with two prawns, but guests can take as many plates as they like. The medium-sized prawns are split open and grilled to perfection, aromatic and rich with creamy head fat—exactly as advertised. The prawn roe was absolutely delicious, and the seafood dipping sauce from the hotel complemented it very well. I was completely satisfied—so tasty! 😍😍 As for the seafood on ice, the highlight seemed to be oysters. Although they were rather small in size, they were fresh and not fishy at all. Overall, they were quite good.🤭😍

Baiyoke Sky (1) -Good -1. Breakfast is awesome, particularly the spare pork ribs soup which is amazingly flavourful and their signature mini pancake with corn wrapped with pandan leaf. Overall, I can see that effort is done to enhance the quality of the breakfast which stands out from other hotels. Unfortunately, the aircon is down during breakfast, so minus 1 point. 9/10.2. Made effort to present a Cake and fruits etc in the room upon check in on our wedding anniversary3. Feel safe n secure as hotel always have lift attendants to help the guests.Bad -1. Unhappy that the hotel is biased and allow guests to check in early at 12 pm for those who paid more for the room. Found out while chatting with these group of guests. We were told to wait till 2 pm to check in.2. The check-in process was rather slow. The receptionists tried their best to please the guest but they practically do not practise time constraint with e.g. a couple checking in and took 20 minutes to attend to them causing a long queue. Suggest to have a counter for guests asking for directions and enquiries.3. Disappointed that the Powerpoints are located at the bottom next to the bed inconveniencing guests who had to squat down to fit in the plug. Also, it took us some time to fit the adapter until the red light lit up. Time to revamp the powerpoint to USB type.4. Sticker was pasted on the higher floors of the windows, thus blocking the milllion dollar view.5. Some of the lift attendants are not English educated and hence unable to help guests due to language barrier. As your guests are international, it is important to employers lift attendants with basic English to assist guests.6. The staff at the 81st manning the breakfast ought to be trained. I asked for directions to go back to 60th floor after taking my breakfast. I was told to take the lift up to 83rd floor, down to 18th floor and change lift to 60th floor. I found out that I just need to take the lift down to 18th floor and then change lift to go to 60th floor. OMG. Obviously, your staff at the 81st floor manning the check in for breakfast are not trained to give proper advice to guests. Your lifts are already very slow and squeezy, so guests will suffer and waste their time when given the wrong advice from your staff.7. The lifts are very slow and it is time to upgrade.8. As for the room, it is well maintained except that the toilet flush has not been upgraded to auto flush (instead of manual flush) in this era where most of the upmarket hotels practise auto flush in their guestrooms.Overall, the experience was good except for the said shortcomings which I hope will improve the next time I come back.Lastly, I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback seriously as a form of improving your services to guests. It is not my intention to critize about your hotel but I feel that as I value your hotel, it is worth my time to...

Mini Golf at 78th Floor – We didn't try it but it's chargeably

Indian Food Court at 75th Floor – The variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian dishes was good but it can be great by adding 2-3 more dishes

This property used to collect some advance while checking in but it willl be returned while checking out. Check in Time : 02:00 PM Check out Time : 11:00 AM

Final Verdict If you're visiting Bangkok with family and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, great hospitality, stunning views, and a bit of fun – Baiyoke Sky Hotel is an excellent choice. We made some wonderful memories during our stay.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to...
