If you can't speak thia you experience here will be a nightmare. After calling and speaking with someone I assumed they spoke English after our conversation.... That was not the case. I asked for 7 cornrows that's what I came in with. After they took out my hair and washed they asked me what style I wanted that was the first sign I was in trouble. I don't know why they didn't take a picture before taking them out. Then they got impatient because I couldn't find a picture online. I explained the patter goes from big to small starting from the center. She started making 2 giant braids at the top of my head. I said I'll draw a picture for you. Nothing they don't understand me. This whole time her two kids are on the side of her just staring me down in the mirror while she did the 2 braids. After this I asked how much for the wash and left. I don't know if they created there own reviews or what because I did not get the customer service I read about. The worst part is I had to walk to the hotel at 11 am with my hair looking ridiculous with one braid intact and gel everywhere. they don't make customers feel comfortable being watched while your getting your hair braided, what's wrong with you ? I got my hair braided here recently and would say the experience was okay overall. The team was quick and efficient when taking out my previous braids in under two hours, which I really appreciated. That being said, I wish there had been more transparency during booking. When I messaged ahead of time, I asked specifically if they were comfortable doing a particular style, and they confirmed yes and quoted a price. However, when I arrived, it became clear they weren’t actually familiar with that style, and the price suddenly increased by 500 THB which lead me to get a different style. The team in the salon was kind and accommodating when I raised concerns, and the finished braids looked great at first. But after a day, once my braids had fully dried from being sealed via boiling, I noticed the ends of my braids had turned purple, even though the hair used appeared dark brown in the salon. That makes me question the quality of the synthetic hair they used. Because of the miscommunication about style, the price change, and the hair quality issue, I probably wouldn’t return. I visited the salon last night around 7 p.m. The hairstylist was available and took me right away. The entire team was really attentive. The salon was clean, very clean. The shampoo was done very well, and the hairstyle was just perfect. It was my first time being styled by a non-Black person, and I was pleasantly surprised. Both stylists took great care of me. I didn’t have to bring my own extensions since they already had a wide variety in all colors, from blonde to black, blue, red and many more . She did a beautiful knotless braids boho style, and it cost me 4200 baht, for a length that went down to my lower back, which I found very fair. It took just under 4 hours. And the braids were not tight at all.
