I decided to go to this restaurant because it has been around for many decades and I wanted to taste good ol’ fashion cooking.
Bad mistake.
Food taste terrible. Their signature bbq chicken is overpowering with garlic and that’s all I can taste. The quite fresh sea bass was again overpowered by the peppercorns and chillies (by the way I can handle super spicy). I don’t taste fish at all. To add insult to injury, I ordered a whole sea bass at a substantial premium in price to sea bass slices. But they chopped up my whole fish into small chunks with lots of bones in between.

Individual items:
sunflower sprouts - really nice, cross between beansprouts and spinach
prawn glass noodle - good, gingery, but nothing too spectacular. soaks up the green sauce and goes well with the dim sum.
dim sum - absolutely fantastic, especially the Stuffed Prawn. Best one by far. Crab's a bit tough. Very good with the green sauce.
