Would have rated it 5 stars if the restaurant didn’t serve cold drinks in plastic cups for dining in!! I quickly asked them to put my coffee back in an actual glass as shown in their menu, which really defeats the point of my attempt to not create waste becoz waste was already created for no good reason🙄 But i also hate to drink out of plastic cups so i asked them to change anyway. It’s clearly visible they have several dozens of glasses on their shelf. The staff told me that becoz it’s the weekends and they hv lots of customers, they will use plastic cups (for what??? Just saving them 1 min of time for washing up but they’re fine with leaving plastic waste around for 500+ years?)

Yes this rant is a bit excessive 😂 but their food is actually nice and the portion is massive. Service is good too so i have to be fair and say that i would still recommend it, but I urge u to make sure and specifically ask for your drinks to be served properly instead of in peasant plasticsđŸ˜¶â€đŸŒ«ïž

I hope they will change this nonsense policy in the future! The plastic cups on the table with their beautifully crafted (and rather expensive) food do nothing to elevate the dining experience. Plus I maintain that coffee tastes much better in ceramics and...

Would have rated it 5 stars if the restaurant didn’t serve cold drinks in plastic cups for dining in!! I quickly asked them to put my coffee back in an actual glass as shown in their menu, which really defeats the point of my attempt to not create waste becoz waste was already created for no good reason🙄 But i also hate to drink out of plastic cups so i asked them to change anyway. It’s clearly visible they have several dozens of glasses on their shelf. The staff told me that becoz it’s the weekends and they hv lots of customers, they will use plastic cups (for what??? Just saving them 1 min of time for washing up but they’re fine with leaving plastic waste around for 500+ years?) Yes this rant is a bit excessive 😂 but their food is actually nice and the portion is massive. Service is good too so i have to be fair and say that i would still recommend it, but I urge u to make sure and specifically ask for your drinks to be served properly instead of in peasant plasticsđŸ˜¶â€đŸŒ«ïž I hope they will change this nonsense policy in the future! The plastic cups on the table with their beautifully crafted (and rather expensive) food do nothing to elevate the dining experience. Plus I maintain that coffee tastes much better in ceramics and glassware!😁
