Papa -Deli&Bakery- — Restaurant in Trat Province

Best baguette we’ve had in Thailand, depending on the day. Baguette was far better than the overpriced Conkeys in BKK, even on the bad days. Decent croissant. Good for the price. Coffee was decent and wouldn’t recommend. Would rather hit 7. Hot sandwiches are good. Baguette sandwiches are so so, depending on the day (if baguettes are good that day, then maybe the sandwich will be just ok), because they don’t put enough meat or cheese and their flavor gets lost from to other much bread and they only put tomatoes & cucumber with no mayo, mustard or other leafy greens, at least we aren’t offered them the few times we went. I honestly would skip the baguette sandwiches all together for the hit or miss of them. Very reasonably priced. Baguette was 50b, croissant was 45b and sandwiches varied. Service…well… kind of sucks lol. You tell them what you want and they just look at you without acknowledging that they heard or...

I went to buy croissants at papa on ko Chang. There were 4 people in front of me in the line, 3 people behind the counter, looking at us and making sandwiches. We all looked at each other after waiting for a while as nobody wAs being helped. The man in front of me had picked up a croissant and finally asked if he could just pay and go, one if the ladies looked at him not knowing what to say but he left the money and left, I did the same , the woman ran outside looking like I had done something horrible . The service is path etic. Too cad because the croissant was not bad. I told my husband the story and told him I would not ever go back. He tried it for himself the next day and he came back all upset at the same thing. Not sure what is going on but, good service ,this place ...

Very very disappointing and terrible service.

I went here to get a simple coffee and the staff were so unfriendly, I stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes while all 4 of the workers stood there with their back to me flicking through tik tok and pretending they didn’t see my walk in and stand there waiting. After a bunch of eye rolls and sighs from them all I finally got my coffee…..it was the wrong order. I asked for a replacement and offered to pay again but the staff just stood there with mouths wide open looking my up and down with no response.
