Ayutthaya Boat Noodle (Beef - Pork) — Restaurant in Wat Arun Subdistrict

Chanced upon this gem during my last trip and had to absolutely travel back for this again.

The soup is their specialty and its definately flavourful. You can taste how well seasoned the broth is and the springy noodles really ties it all together. For those getting the dry variant, it is just as good but if you are picky about how much oil is in your food, Im giving you a heads up here.

I enjoy dipping my crackling pork into the broth before munching, has the crispy with lesser oil. Pairs brilliantly with the soup and noodles.

Get the authentic feel of roadside food smallish restaurant. The lady understood my shrimp allergy situation and served nice noodles. Cant get any better than this, cheap and good food. I was filled to the brim and wish could return again to eat.
