Absolutely disappointing! terrible customer service like iâve never experienced before ! i ate at this restaurant couple of times before and went to show it to a friend visiting bangkok. i have severe peanut allergies, it has never been a problem during my long term trips in thailand and during my few meals in this restaurant before ! and today : they made me change my order over 10 times because they didnât want to bother removing the peanuts from my plate ! after the 10th or 15th change of order they made me choose between 2 options (mind you, out of over 70 dishes on the menu) that i did not want to eat since they were european dishes. decided to give up after like 20 minutes of back and forth because i did not want to eat and pay (a quite expensive price) for something i didnât like, obviously, and my friendâs meal was getting cold. came check out when i told them it would be greatly appreciated to have a discount for the inconvenience of me literally not being able to eat and they made it clear that my allergies âare my problem and not theirs, and that i couldâve eaten one of the two options they gave me.â five or six staff members started yelling at both of us when we informed them of our dissatisfaction, and of course no one who spoke english got called and none of them bothered speaking in the translator i kept handing them. the chef was probably never informed as it was only waiters discussing it together. rude and agressive people shouldnât work in customer service if theyâre going to lose their temper when their own mistakes are pointed out. i will never recommend this place to...

Found this place through Google Maps and went to the restaurant on the 4th floor with my mum for food and drinks. It started out great, friendly service and no reservation needed. But then it suddenly stormed, and even with plastic covers, rain and wind were coming through. We decided not to order food and just wait with our drinks.
Restaurant staff told us we HAD to move upstairs to the rooftop bar if we werenât eating, but didnât mention the upstairs was an open area already evacuated due to the storm. After leaving our seats, we were told by the same staff, âWell, thereâs no seat upstairs, nothing we can do,â and even got a sarcastic saying âGo ahead, go up and see for yourself đâ. EVEN THOUGH they initially told us we were arranged to be seated upstairs.
We were left standing at the stairs waiting with several other customers, unable to leave due to the storm and unable to sit, even though our previous table stayed empty the entire time. There was no assistance, no alternative offered, just complete disregard.
We waited maybe 30+ minutes standing until the rain was over to go sit at the rooftop bar. The bar staff were very kind. Wiped the water off the seats for us to sit and all. The cocktail was lovely, and the Wat Arun view after the rain was beautiful. But the way the restaurant staff handled the situation was unnecessarily rude and disappointing. Would...
Read moreApart from the view, nothing to stand out for. We had been looking forward for this dinner with our family on a very special occasion but were extremely let down. We first had been warned to book at 7pm eventhough we wanted to come around 8/9 PM for dinner and they had to close at 10pm. We were surprised upon arrival to find us stuck on a non view table next to a wall even we had request a nice table with open view. We have ordered a around of drinks who came one by one when ready, therefore when the last arrived, the first were watered down. And then after having ordered few appetizers and the main courses, we have been served in less than 10 minutes without even having the time to finish our drinks and appetizers creating a big mess on the table. It was a very special occasion for our family to reunite around a nice diner but we felt pushed away during all the experience, which lasted for only 50 minutes. And obviously, even if I was visibly extremely annoyed, nobody came to enquiry about our experience, the so called manager was too busy to have fun with his staff. Considering this behaviour, the constant flow of Chinese tourist knocking off your table to take a picture of the temple across the river and a price of almost 5000 baht for a 50 min experience, you'd better runaway for those kind of tourist trap. And im pretty sure I won't have any...
