Prime Burger Central Phuket Floresta — Restaurant in Wichit

Came to prime burger just looking for some food while it was raining. I thought it would be a nice change from all the wonderful thai food I'm eating just to have something a little bit familiar to rest the stomach again.

I thought since I'm in phuket I should get the phuket burger. It just made sense.

It was fantastic, super juicy and tender. The mayo maybe could have been spicier but I love spice so that's probably just a me thing. The pineapple ring was sweet enough to cut through any oily mayo residue and was sweet enough to offset the spice without being sickly sweet like the pineapple rings back home.

GOOD BURGERS BUT I’M CONFUSED BY TWO DIFFERENT PRICES FOR SAME ITEM!

On Tuesday I enjoyed a tasty burger at Prime Burger Central Florestra. I don’t like pickles or American “cheese” so I just had the double patty burger with ketchup, onion, tomato and lettuce. It was really nice and was served by a lovely young lady. I paid 295 baht plus tax, which was what I expected. So today I took my husband there for a burger. The boy server told me the same burger I had Tuesday would cost 370 baht???plus tax. Needless to say we took our custom elsewhere. I was disappointed as I had been looking forward to my nice burger for lunch. I will try to eat there again but not if the boy from today...

The burger was alright but felt too heavy for my taste, so I’d personally rate the food 3 out of 5. What really affected my experience, however, was the attitude of the waitresses. They repeatedly mentioned “baby hair” while referring to my son, even after I told them I didn’t need it. Their laughter made me feel uncomfortable and left me wondering what the intention was.

I expected a more welcoming attitude, especially in Thailand where hospitality and politeness are usually the standard.

Unfortunately, this will be a one-time visit for me despite the positive reviews. Wishing you all the best...
