Bad costumer service. Not tourist friendly. We chose the most expensive premium menu, for 998B per person.The food came out realy slow. All of the food we ordered at our 1. order didnt come out. We complained after waiting for several minutes. The waitresses showed us attitude, and glared at us. She/him even showed us the "middle finger" severeal times when they left our table with their back at us, and didtn think we notice. At our 2. order they asked if we had order the right amount, we answerd yes and they said that they will cancel our orders because they thinked we ordered too much. The idea and concept of this restaurant are great. The food quality and variety is also great. However what is included is not well explained, servers are pretty much absent the whole meal. Refills on meat take a long time, like 30 minutes, we had to ask 3 times. They didn't bring it the oyster or prawns until after asking about 5 times. No point in updating to the premium if they don't bring any of it. There are shrimp and clams in the bar if you want seafood. If you don't know they have tons of side items, make your own pancakes, veggies, drinks, ice creams, and special sauces. There options are great but.. The service is lacking based on my experience. Finally, it's expensive. Almost 1000 BHT for the super premium where you don't get everything... My advice, stick to the lowest...

Love the concept!!!! We took this premium buffet, you can choose 2 different soups and then you can just order as much beef and seafood as you want on your menu, you get a refill for soups as well how many times you want. They have even a buffet where you can pick vegetables and noodles and other stuff, non alcoholic beverages and deserts.

The service is fine. It was very worth the price because of the amount of the food. Everything was amazingly fresh and tasted delicious!
