Visited this outlet sometime end of March for lunch. We were a group of 6 people comprising of elderly and a child and we were not allowed into the restaurant and was told that the restaurant was full even though we could see that half of the tables at front of the restaurant was clearly empty. Despite us telling one of the waitress few times that the elderly in our group was already tired and hungry and could they just arrange a table for us the waitress insisted no table without and the rest of the other waiter and waitress just stood inside the restaurant looking unbothered and uninterested. Have never encountered such bad Thai hospitality in my many years of visiting Phuket and other places in Thailand.
