The Pizza Company – a pretty promise that quickly falls apart.
At first glance, everything looked promising: colorful menus, generous portions in the photos, and a full restaurant. We thought we were in for a great evening. Unfortunately, that illusion didn’t last long.
There were three of us, and we placed our orders at the same time, hoping to enjoy a shared meal. Instead, our dishes were brought out at completely different times — one right away, another after ten minutes, and the last one when the first two had nearly finished. What was supposed to be a shared experience turned into a staggered, awkward dinner.
To make matters worse, the very first thing brought to our table was the bill — before most of the food had even arrived. It felt abrupt, impersonal, and frankly, quite off-putting.
As for the food…
The Caesar salad was barely a salad at all: a few plain lettuce leaves lightly brushed with some kind of dressing, and two lonely strips of bacon. No croutons, no parmesan, no character. It felt more like an afterthought than an actual dish.
We ordered several pastas — spaghetti, Alfredo, and one more. None of them matched the descriptions or photos. The presentation was poor, and the taste was bland at best. It felt like everything was rushed and thrown together without care or quality.
If there was a hint of flavor somewhere — thank you, we’ll take it — but overall the experience was deeply disappointing.
Bottom line: The Pizza Company might look good on the surface, but the reality is chaotic service, underwhelming food, and a lack of attention to the guest experience. If you’re looking for a genuinely satisfying and enjoyable meal — I’d recommend...

I went for the Penne Arrabbiata, and it’s… alright. Definitely not bad, but it’s not blowing anyone’s mind either. Think solid 3-star fast food pasta. It’s cheesy, salty, and maybe even a little enhanced for flavour, but it doesn’t quite capture the essence of proper Italian cuisine. The ingredients felt a bit basic, but it wasn’t cheap-tasting either—it’s the kind of pasta that works when you’re hungry and want something simple and filling.
What makes it passable is the overall convenience. The seating is decent, making it a good spot to hang out if the weather’s bad or if you’re just killing time before your ride. It’s not a place I’d seek out, but if you’re nearby, it’s serviceable for...
Read moreThe pricing here is very decent, and that is what makes it a nice place to visit.
There are often buy 1 get one free offers here, which makes the pizza very affordable and the prices are low anyway.
Have given this 3 stars as to be honest there are many better pizza places when you consider the quality of the pizza. The crust and the base of the pizza just doesn't go well with the rest of the pizza..such as the tomato and the toppings. I had the deep pan pizza, so the other styles...
