We visited this restaurant recently, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

First, the food service was poorly managed. My wife’s order (a pizza) arrived well before mine, and since I didn’t want her food to get cold, I told her to start eating. By the time my food finally arrived after she had already finished half her pizza it really defeated the purpose of dining out together. Usually, meals are expected to come out at the same time, and this felt like a clear lack of coordination in the kitchen.

To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I had ordered a beef burger, but was given a chicken burger instead. I decided not to send it back, as I had already been waiting too long. Unfortunately, the burger itself was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I’m generally not very fussy with food, but this was honestly bad, I couldn’t even finish it and left half on the plate.

As for the pizza, credit where it’s due, it was excellent. I tried a slice of my wife’s, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Full credit to the kitchen for that.

Another major downside, however, was the lack of non-smoking areas. Having cigarette smoke drift over while you’re eating really ruins the meal. It would be much better if the restaurant created designated non-smoking sections for customers who want to enjoy their food without that disturbance.

It’s a real shame, because the restaurant itself looks amazing, absolutely beautiful. I truly hope they fix these issues, because right now it seriously affects the overall...

Dommage, cuisine bas de gamme dans un cadre magnifique ! C’est la première fois que j’écris une critique, j’espère que vous prendrez en compte ces remarques pour améliorer la qualité de service de votre restaurant. La musique, comme toujours est trop forte ! Baissez la musique que les gens s’entendent parler s’il vous plaît. Et vos soirées Karaoké destinées aux 15-25 ans qui consomment une boisson à 5 Dt, programmez-la à partir de 21h30 pour que les Clients Dîner (votre cœur de métier) à minimum 30Dt/personne puisse diner tranquillement. Nous sommes arrivés à 19h35 et les dernières assiettes ont été servies à 21h10 ! Nous étions 5 personnes et on nous a servi une entrée ridicule, 3 petits ramequins là où tous les autres restaurants, bien plus modestes dans leur tarification, vous donne quelque chose qui fait plaisir à voir et est agréable à déguster. 5 plats commandés, les 2 premiers plats, l’escalope et le poisson ont été servis avec des frites congelées, un comble pour un pays où même le modeste boui-boui servent des frites fraîches ! Le riz était froid et les courgettes insipides ! Un effort please. Le 3ème plat, les lasagnes à la viande hachée n’étaient pas bonnes. Le 4ème plat était un gratin aux fruits de mer, le gratin n’avait même pas le goût de fruit de mer, il n’était pas très bon mais le plus étrange est que la crevette dans le gratin n’a même pas été décortiquée. Un peu de bon sens s’il vous plaît. Le 5ème plat était une crêpe salée censée être composée de fromage, là encore le fromage a dû rester en cuisine car il n’était ni dans l’assiette ni dans la crêpe. Vraiment quel dommage d’être aussi négligent !!! Il vaut mieux ne rien faire que...

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful in every aspect. The decor is stunning, the food is incredibly delicious, and the cleanliness and attention to detail are outstanding. The service is truly exceptional. I wish them all the best and hope they continue with this high level of quality in both food and service. It definitely won’t be my last visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone coming to...
