Read moreListen up, [beymen brasserie]. I’ve had it up to here with your nonsense. Today’s little drama? Oh, it’s going down in the annals of “Worst Customer Experiences Ever.”
Your service? Prompt, my foot. But let’s dissect that employee—the one who eyeballed me like I was a tax audit. Their stare? If looks could kill, I’d be writing this review from the afterlife. And the disgust? It dripped off them like expired syrup.
Now, I’m no Miss Manners, but I reckon “customer service” doesn’t include the “I’ll-rip-your-soul-out” stare. I’m not asking for a red carpet, but a basic level of human decency would be nice. I mean, I’m paying for my latte, not infiltrating a secret spy ring.

Read moreLast Friday we arrived 12:45pm to have a quick soup and salad without prior booking. Tables inside were empty but the greeter insisted all tables are reserved at 1:30 and/or 2pm. We explained that we will have soup and salad and are in a rush to leave before 1:30 to catch our flights. He insisted that we can only sit outside side area in the windy wet weather and will make sue to leave on time. We ended up waiting for a table by the bar for 30 min. We then ordered and left by 2pm. Not a single table was occupied all along. We have been to this Brasserie for many times and have never felt badly treated except by this totally incompetent greeter and supposedly manager! If a place does not appreciate you and does not value your loyalty, they are not worthy of it. A treatment like this can only take the business down. It is not sustainable! This was out last time ever...
