The food and service was very nice, and we had a wonderful time. (So we thought) The waiter was very very nice and friendly, but when the bill came we didn't study it close enough cause the waiter was so talkative and friendly. When we got home we saw that they had not only charged us a little more but a WHOLE lot more. Extremely disrespectful. They had charges us for two applitizers when we only had one. They charged us for a cola when we didn't order one. They charged us for three daiquiris when we only had two and they also charged us for two Americanos that we did not order. At the end of the meal the waiter came over and gave us coffee out of the blue. It was already poured in the cups so it was not like we asked for it or anything. We thought that when they came over and gave us nuts and coffee that it was free since we did not ask for it. So they basically charged us for several drinks, food, nuts and extra dishes when we did not order any of it. We had such a good experience and it's so sad to see people constantly taking advantage of you and constantly trying to steal your money. It's so sad that such a good experience and such a nice visit had to end like that. They have no shame. They don't care about anything or anyone and have no problem literally stealing from you. It's crazy that this is allowed to go on..we are two students that have been saving up for this trip and students are not rich. We wanted to have a good time and once again we were disappointed by the extreme disrespect by Turkish restaurant staff. I would never in a million years dream of being so rude towards people and scamming them out of so much money. We even gave them about $30 in tip. Just to be scammed. Very sad that places like this give Turkish people and Alanya such a bad reputation. There is no shame and no honesty. Very very disappointing and it makes people look at turkey as a country full of scammers and dishonest people. Every time you try and have a good time they try to scam you. This is not the first time, but I've never been scammed so bad before. I've never experienced a restaurant adding several dishes to your bill and also doubling the dishes you actually bought. The service was another highlight of my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure that our needs were met. Their warmth added to the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.

However, the food unfortunately did not live up to the high expectations set by the environment and service. While the menu had promising options, the dishes we tried were below average. The flavors were lackluster, and the presentation didn't quite match the quality one would hope for in a venue like this.

I feel duty bound to let everyone know about the Hisar Resturant in Alanya. My wife and friends booked to go yesterday as a party of four to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that it was an extraordinary experience. From our arrival until we left the restaurant it was exceptional. Every single thing we ordered was perfect. Chicken, steaks, nachos, absolutely everything was a 10/10. I could think of no way the staff could have made us more welcome either. Happy to assist us with taking photos of us of incorporating a jaw-dropping world class view. We arrived at around 18:30 and could not believe our eyes. It was STUNNING. Over the next 90 minutes or so the sun set and the moon rose and the view changed again honestly mesmerising as Alanya lit up and the big Kral boats came and went. At the end of the meal the staff appeared with a birthday cake and indoor pyrotechnics to sing happy birthday. I should also mention we were served the best cocktails we have tasted yet in Turkey.
