Cafe De Gozlemece — Restaurant in Beşiktaş

I stopped by this restaurant for breakfast, hoping to try their gozleme. The name on the menu was different from what I’d seen online, but the woman working there reassured me that they had rebranded and it was the same thing. After we sat down, she then mentioned that they only offer two types of gozleme—completely different from the variety shown in the videos and information we found beforehand.

We decided to order anyway, but the food was underwhelming. It tasted very basic, and the spinach gozleme in particular wasn’t enjoyable—the spinach was extremely soggy and took away from the dish. Delicious Gözleme pies ready to be served. fillings: spinach, cheese, meat etc. The menu isn't in English but one of their waitresses could translate and recommended the Gözleme. I was really longing for a cold beer but since they didnt have it, they suggested i move to the bar right across the street where they could collaborate and serve my table. Beşiktaş sinanpaşa'da dursun bakan sokağında bulunan bu mütevazı mekanda bir kere bulundum ve övgüyü hak ettiğini söyleyebilirim. Hazır hamurdan yapılan yufka ile yapılmış gözlemeden ziyade orada açılan hamurla yapılıyor ki sacda yapılan gözlemeler yarım ay şeklinde ve bol malzemeli. Gözleme çeşidi çok fazla . Kış ayları olması sebebiyle ıspanaklı ve ıspanaklı kaşarlı olan gözlemeyi denedik. Hakikaten çok lezzetliydi. Üstüne bir de patlıcanlı kaşarlı yedik ki damak çatlatır cinsten. Gözleme dışında "somun ekmek" e yapılan tost, bazlama tost ve kahvaltılar da mevcut. Köy yoğurdu, ve açık ayran da var. Ayran gerçekten lezzetli. Köy yoğurdundaki o ekşiliği alıyorsunuz. Bu da güzel bir şey, bozuk diye düşünmeyin. Asıl yoğurt ve ondan yapılan ayran bu şekilde olur. Mekanımızın olmazsa olmazı ve baştacı sanırım "zafer gazoz" gerçi menüde yazdığına göre "Denizli'den gelen doğal köy ürünlerinin usta ellerle buluştuğu tek adres" burası ve tüm ürünler memleketim Denizli'den geliyor. Mekana, mekandaki ürünlerin denizliden geldiğini bilmeden girmiştim torpil söz konusu değil yani. Kahvaltı ve atıştırma için ideal mekan. Fiyatları makul....
