This must be one of the hidden gems of Italian cuisine in the city of Istanbul. We went with a group of 4 and enjoyed these plates : carpaccio di manzo (best of my life ) shrimp avocado ( absolutely excellent with a unmatched dressing ) insalata burrata (fresh and organic, original burrata di buffala) And the pizzas. We had 2 creations by the house (burrata and pepperoni) which were amazing, napolitanian style pizza. The oven is original style and I suppose it to be between 450-490 degrees hot. This was optimised by having cats jump on the table to get fed which is extremely tedious if you just want to enjoy a meal with your partner!

We were grateful for a warm welcome, a very caring service and a delicious pizza and coffee as a gift! Our waiter was very cute and caring. I ordered a salad with Buratta and I liked it. Friends ordered Paste and Risotto. The chef cooks a little more on these dishes: pasta in the paste should be al dente, it was overcooked and rice in risotto also.
