I would give it a 10 stars if I could. Recommended by a friend and definitely did not regret it.
Let me start with the private changing rooms which is equipped with a small dresser, Dyson hairdryer and a small day bed for easier changing. Room is large enough to put your shopping bags if you have done some shopping before coming here.
The Canekanlik (lounge) is also clean and comfy with larger day beds where you can just lie down for hours relaxing.
After changing and having some parsley & lemon infused lemon water you will be guided to the Hammam area. Here you will find the area clean and brightly lit which makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed. The attendant was very professional making sure she got every body part scrubbed nicely. She was also very caring and keep reminding me to be very careful while walking on wet floor. As I chose the Surreya Dream package I was whisked away to the lounge area to allow my body temperature to normalise while waiting for the masseur to prepare the room for the massage that comes next. In the meantime, they will also serve you tea and dried fruits.
The following 40 mins massage was terrific! I can’t remember how to spell her name but do ask for Aisyah...she’s a very experienced masseur with good massage techniques. As I have very tight shoulders, she really focused on those areas to loosen up those tight muscles. I really felt much better after the massage.
I would highly recommend this place for someone who wants a clean and comfortable Hammam.
Please keep the good service up and if there’s a chance for me to come to Istanbul again I will not give this place a miss.
Tip : It is okay if you do not bring your own bathing suit. They will provide disposable ones which are...

A quick side note about Turkish bath houses. In Muslim/Islamic cultures the significance of the hammam, or Turkish bath, was both religious and civic: it provided for the needs of ritual ablutions but also provided general hygiene and served other social functions in the community such as a meeting place for men and for women.
Step inside and your immediately greeted with a warm and friendly host. I believe her name was Juliana. Get started by filling out some waiver forms and choose from the simple menu: Either a traditional hammam or massage or both. We decided to indulge and go with the latter.
Your then led to individual change rooms where you change into your own bathing suits or the disposable ones provided. Keep in mind the spa is coed so discretion is advised.
When ready, your hammam attendant brings you to the enclosed bathing area thats surrounded by heated marble. He/she begins to bath and rigorously scrub you for 30mins with some massages in-between, finished by rinsing with very hot water, or quote by the attendant “Hammam, hot!”.
After the ritual, there’s 15mins of relaxing in the lounge area where your served pomegranate tea and some dried fruits.
After the relaxation period we were led upstairs to the treatment rooms for our 50min relaxing massage. We felt like jello afterwards.
The establishment was exceptionally clean and employed social distancing measures. The staff were friendly and the service was professional. Highly recommended for Hammam...
Read moreWe had some communication issues when making the booking, and to avoid it happening to anyone else, let me briefly explain the services. The hamam treatment takes about 30 mins and starts by sitting in a small steam room and rinsing yourself with some water. If you're with friends or a partner, they'll be with you the entire time. Thereafter you'll be taken by your tellak (or bath attendant) to the large stone area, scrubbed with a cloth, lathered in some aromatic body wash while being massaged, then rinsed, and dried. If you also want to get a massage, you should clearly state you want both the hamam and massage service, otherwise they may just book you in for a massage, which means you will miss out on the hamam altogether.
Initially we left in disappointment as our expected booking option was not possible due to limited availability. We found that some inexperienced staff members were not adept at finding a way to accommodate us, fortunately however as soon as the owner learned of the problem, she was very apologetic and quick to find a solution. We are grateful for the professionalism and hospitality of the owner to try to fix the situation.
The hamam itself is beautiful - very well appointed, and each element, from the cleanliness and interior design, to the scent in the air, highlights the care and attention to detail the owner and staff dedicates to this place. This was my first hamam experience, and apart from the communicate mishap, I am grateful for the experience and hope to go again...
