Barbara's Nigerian Restaurant — Restaurant in Fatih

I wouldn't have gone to this restaurant because of some negative reviews I had read on here, but my friend who lives in Istanbul had suggested that we go somewhere to eat whilst we were in the market, I enjoyed our meals so much and asked for their number so I could refer my other friends that we were staying at the same hotel. They gave me their business card and I found out it was the same place I read those negative reviews on. I ordered White soup and it was nothing but delicious, my friend ordered okro and vegetable mix that also was a hit. I went back today and had the okro+vegetable and ordered the White soup and okro mix to go for my sister she thoroughly enjoyed it too. This restaurant is in a basement right in the middle of Aksaray market. It's not fancy or anything but the soups I ordered were really delicious and it's also really cheap and they are so generous with their portions. Extremely poor customer service. I texted them to order some food, they gave me one word replies but i still proceeded to order. They took my order but refused to confirm the order. I asked when to expect my delivery and they just stopped replying. I kept waiting for hours for the delivery because maybe something happened or they’re busy but they dispatched it. No order came. Edit: Ask for prices upfront because we got scammed, the price for igosee is 80 TL she charged us 250 TL which is Extremely high in Turkey that type of price is for a fine dining restaurant. I always try to support small businesses but because of the dishonesty I will not go back.
