I recently visited The Restaurant and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The lack of air conditioning made the atmosphere uncomfortably hot, which significantly affected my overall impression. Here's a breakdown of my review:

Food Quality: ★★☆☆☆ The food at The Restaurant was just average; it did not exceed my expectations. I ordered the Farmer salad, chicken bokhari rice, French fries, and kebbeh sajeh. The chicken bokhari rice was particularly disappointing as it did not meet my expectations. The flavors were lacking, and the overall taste was underwhelming. The French fries and kebbeh sajeh were satisfactory but nothing exceptional.

Service: ★☆☆☆☆ The service at The Restaurant was unsatisfactory. Firstly, they placed the food directly on the table without providing any dining plates, which seemed unprofessional. Additionally, they forgot to bring our drinks, necessitating us to place a second order. This lack of attention to detail and forgetfulness was disappointing and demonstrated a clear need for improvement.

Value for Money: ★★☆☆☆ Considering the overall quality of the food, the prices at The Restaurant were acceptable. While the food was not exceptional, it matched the price point. However, given the shortcomings in service and ambiance, I would have expected a better value for money.

In conclusion, my experience at The Restaurant was less than satisfactory. The lack of air conditioning, average food quality, poor service, and minor issues with the presentation of food and drink orders made it difficult to enjoy the dining experience fully. This place is one star bc of the service. Their service is TERRIBLE Their food is good. Nothing crazy but service made it so rated below. Plz read this before going on First it’s really expensive. Which they said the food is 120 liras. We came in for iftaar and had all the table setup. We asked is this part of the meal or free. They didn’t understand. Me and my brother spoke Arabic with them. Asking is this free or not. Then at the end they said it’ll cost 120. Took 8 people just to know it’ll be 120. But came out to be 190 which is no good. The Ceiling was leaking with water and they had a floss near our table and water splashing on our table. Then they only had few meals bc of IFTAAR SPECIAL. They took out the menu they had on their website. We didn’t order they started bringing food out. Like what place does that....

Good food mostly. Decent service. I would recommend and try again (I would try different entrees) for the most part. Our Orders with ratings:

Hummus, mtabal 3/5 Yalangi 4/5 Marina 3/5 (soggy should be crispy, needs more meat, almost all bread)

Kabab and shish tawook 5/5 (excellent)

Lsanat 2/5 (almost no flavor and dry + no sauce with it. Not worth the price at all)

Chicken sharhat in mushroom sauce 1/5 (dry and over cooked chicken in extremely thick sauce that tastes a lot like canned mushroom soup. Bad dish + most expensive in our order so deserves a bad rating....
